Biography

Hello everyone,

My name is Dan Rogers. I started Olympus Performance in 2024 after being involved with education for 12+ years. In that time I coached high school football for 10 years (with 2 state titles coming in 2014 and 2015), middle school basketball for 8 years, and taught PE/Strength and Conditioning for 8 years. I serve on the NHSSCA board for the state of Kansas and was a former Athletic Director and Principal. While moving more into administration, I realized that I missed teaching the most. Life is too short and fragile to not be doing what you enjoy. My passion lies in coaching and athletic performance, while forming positive relationships with people. My life motto is "leave something better than you found it."

I have been married for 6 years to my amazing wife and have 2 daughters that are beautiful inside and out. My goal is to take control of my schedule and be present for my family, share my passion and skill with them, while doing something I love.
